Cornerstone Records Management Announces the Acquisition of Brazos Record Storage, Inc

Columbia, MD – February 3, 2012 – Cornerstone Records Management, LLC announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Brazos Records Storage, Inc located in College Station, TX.  For the past seventeen years, Brazos has provided customers a full suite of records information management services including secure hardcopy storage, data protection and secure document destruction.

“Cornerstone entered the Houston market back in June 2011 with our acquisition of MedResolutions Corporation, which was closely followed by our acquisition of The Houston File Room in August 2011.  Due to the success we have had growing our business in the Greater Houston area, it made sense for us to continue investing in the region,” said Steven Sisney, President and CEO of Cornerstone.

Cornerstone has also recently signed a lease for a 54,000 square foot facility in Houston near George Bush Intercontinental Airport to accommodate its rapid growth in that market.

The acquisition of Brazos Records Storage, Inc represents the twenty-second acquisition completed by Cornerstone since June 2008, and reflects Cornerstone’s philosophy of growing both organically and through acquisition.
