A.R.M.S. Acquires Security Shredders, Inc.

(De Pere, WI) – Automated Records Management Systems, Inc. (A.R.M.S.), the De Pere-based full-service information management company, continues to expand their AAA NAID Certified Mobile Destruction Services by recently acquiring Security Shredders, Inc. of Seymour.
 
Security Shredders has provided both on-site and off-site shredding of documents, including computer disks and x-rays for 14 years, serving the entire state of Wisconsin.  In addition to document destruction, Security Shredders specializes in hard drive destruction.  Security Shredders, Inc. were represented in the transaction by Gary Hermsen of Cornerstone Business Services, a full-service mergers and acquisitions firm serving clients throughout the Midwest.
